SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our product and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. However, if you are unsatisfied within this 30-day period, you may contact our support team to request a resolution. Upon review, we may offer a refund, replacement, or account credit at our discretion. 

To submit a request, please Contact Us and provide proof of purchase and a brief explanation of your experience. You may also be asked to provide photos or a video of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist Duke Cannon in processing your request.

This guarantee is limited to one claim per customer and applies only to purchases made directly through us. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not comply with this policy. 

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased outside of dukecannon.com and from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites/marketplace sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

Duke Cannon reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Duke Cannon concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee.  Duke Cannon may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
