Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that has your tracking #. Click on the tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email to view the tracking info. Didn't receive an email from us? Check your spam filter or search Duke Cannon in your email.
Still don't see it? Double-check your method of payment as Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal may have used a different email address of yours associated.
If you still cannot find it, send us an email: [email protected] with as much information as you can so we can locate the order.

- Last 4 digits of your card
- Name associated with the purchase
- Approximate value.
There is a chance that you did not make a purchase and in fact there was an error that blocked final payment and prevented the order from processing. If you reach out with that information listed above, we can try to find it and confirm if it's been processed or not.
